Xcaret joined our team in 2020, bringing a strong background in environmental science and sustainability with a degree from SDSU. As an integral part of our team, she oversees projects, and ensures smooth execution from start to finish.

Xcaret's creativity and attention to detail shine through in her landscape designs, where she strives to create natural balances that blend seamlessly with California living and the surrounding environment.

Her organizational skills, combined with a dedication to customer service, ensure every client has a positive, seamless experience. Whether managing projects or designing landscapes, Xcaret ensures that each project meets our high standards of quality and care.

Naomi Oakes

Landscape Operations Manager

Naomi has been an essential part of the team since 2018, bringing a strong background in organic gardening, home farming, and community leadership. Known for her keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, she keeps operations running smoothly both in the office and out in the field.

Her role blends logistics with creativity, ensuring that every project is handled with care, clarity, and a personal touch. Naomi’s ongoing work with the Ramona Grange reflects her long-standing passion for sustainability, agriculture, and building strong community roots.
